The clues to finding these Pokemon are coded in Braille, so if you want to do it by yourself, you can simply use our Braille translator and work it out letter by letter. But for those who really can't be bothered, here's what to do: Firstly you need two Pokemon: Relicanth which can be found in the underwater seaweed surrounding Sootopolis City and Wailord which can be obtained by fishing up a Wailmer (Route 122) and training it to level 40. You will also need a Pokemon with Dig, one with Fly and one with Surf. Take these to Pacifidlog Town. This is the town (represented by a blue dot on the navigator) in the middle of the water east of Slateport City. From here Surf west, keep toward the bottom of the currents and save here and there if you have to, you are trying to get to the deep patch of water where you can dive. Once you get there, dive and swim south until you find a Braille sign. Examine it, and resurface. You should be in a room with a whole lot of Braille signs telling you exactly where the Regi's are. Walk foward to the north of the cave and face the middle Braille sign. Use a Pokemon to Dig and it should make a hole in the wall. Continue into the next room and go to the middle slate again. Put Relicanth as your first Pokemon and put Wailord as the last, and then press A. There should be an earthquake. You have now unlocked the three Regi caves. Swim back out, and prepare to catch them - they are each at lv. 40 so I suggest a singer or a paralyser and one which can take a bit of health off them. Also stock up on Ultra Balls.

| #384 - Rayquaza | |
| The cave where Rayquaza is found won't be unlocked until you have beaten the Elite Four and Champion. Make sure you have the Mach Bike (the first option in the bikeshop). Fly to Pacifidlog Town and Surf east. Stick north and eventually you will find a little bit where you can go north and backtrack. You will eventually find a cave. Go through it and you will see a tower called the Sky Pillar. Available Pokemon include Banette/Dusclops, Claydol and Golbat, all around lv50. But you'll want to go to the top to catch Rayquaza. The tower has several floors. The first is pretty easy. To get over cracks in the second floor, you will need to get up speed in your Mach Bike. On the third floor, one of the doors is blocked. Go into the one which isn't. For the fourth floor you will need to turn and go fast through the whole thing. Up the top you will be able to drop down a middle hole back down to the third floor where the door was blocked before. Go into this door and then into the next door. The fifth floor is simple and finally the sixth floor has Lv. 70 Rayquaza (Moveset: Outrage, Fly, Extremespeed, Rest) | |
| #380 - Latias (Sapphire) and #381 - Latios (Ruby) | |
| After beating the Elite Four you will be taken back to your house. After talking to Norman and your Mom, turn off both TVs in your house. This will make Latios and Latias become available. And just when you thought you would never have to chase around a Legendary Beast again, you have to chase these guys around. They appear randomly in any area (even over the water) and when you encounter one, it flees (Even if it's asleep! Use Mean Look or Block). But then you can track it in your Pokedex which might help things. Good luck to you on getting these ones! You can only catch Latias in Sapphire and only Latios in Ruby. | |
| #380 - Latias (Ruby) and #381 - Latios (Sapphire) | |
| Yes, it is possible, but it requires participation in a Nintendo-sponsored event. In any case, to get them, get your hands on an Eon Ticket. Go to Lilycove City and take the ferry - instead of going to Slateport, it'll take you to the Southern Island. Disembark, and follow the path into the forest. Once in the forest, inspect the mysterious egg, and depending on your version, a lv50 Latias (Ruby) or Latios (Sapphire) will fly in and attack you. | |
